Privacy note

What we collect, and what we never ask for.

Plain-language summary for the Bullhorn Implementation Check. If you have a question this doesn't answer, email jacob@sourcelayer.co.

What the check collects

When you complete the Bullhorn Implementation Check and submit your results, we store the answers you gave, the score and findings they produce, the few details you shared about your agency (company name, team size, Bullhorn users, staffing model, and your main frustration), and the first name, work email, and company you enter on the results screen. We also record how you arrived at the page (for example, a campaign link or referring site) so we can understand what's useful.

How it's used

We use it to show your results, email you a copy, and follow up with a short series of related emails. If you book a call, it helps us prepare. That's it. We don't sell your information, and you can unsubscribe from the follow-up emails at any time or ask us to delete your record by emailing jacob@sourcelayer.co.

What we never ask for

Source Layer will never ask for your Bullhorn login credentials, and the check never requests access to your Bullhorn system, candidate records, resumes, or any database export. The check runs entirely on your own answers. No part of this experience connects to your Bullhorn instance.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the check is used in aggregate (for example, how many people finish it). We don't use it to identify you personally beyond the details you choose to submit.

This note covers the Bullhorn Implementation Check specifically and may be updated as the tool evolves.
