The flagship engagement

The Bullhorn Cleanup Sprint

A fixed-scope engagement that takes your Bullhorn from "nobody trusts it" to clean, documented, and actually used. Diagnose, clean, document, train — with a clear start and a clear finish.

Why a sprint, not "consulting"

Open-ended consulting on a messy system tends to produce meetings, decks, and a bigger mess. A sprint has a defined scope, a fixed fee, and a deliverable you can point at: a cleaned-up system, written standards, and a trained team. When it's done, it's done — and you can run it without me.

Step 1 — The Systems Audit

Every sprint starts with a fixed-fee audit. I go through your Bullhorn environment and map what's actually there:

  • Data health: duplicates, stale records, incomplete candidate and contact data
  • Structure: how leads, contacts, companies, and jobs are actually organized — versus how they should be
  • Fields, stages, and statuses: what exists, what's used, what's noise
  • Workflows: where the recruiting and sales process breaks inside the system
  • Usage: how each role actually works today, and where the system gets bypassed
  • Reporting: why leadership can't get numbers they trust, and what has to change first

You get a written findings report with a prioritized fix list. If you stop there, you still have a map any competent admin could execute. Most clients continue into the sprint.

Step 2 — The Cleanup

The sprint executes the audit's priority list. Depending on what your system needs, that typically includes:

  • Duplicate and inactive record review and cleanup
  • Candidate and contact record cleanup and re-categorization
  • Lead / contact / account structure repair
  • Field, stage, and status rationalization — fewer, clearer, actually used
  • Workflow repair so the system matches how your team really sells and recruits
  • CRM/ATS usage standards: who enters what, when, and how

Step 3 — Documentation & handoff

Cleanup without adoption is temporary. The sprint ends with:

  • Written usage standards in plain language — not a binder nobody opens
  • Role-based walkthroughs for recruiters, salespeople, and admins
  • A handoff session with whoever owns the system internally

What it costs

The audit and the sprint are both fixed-fee, scoped to the size and state of your database on the cleanup call. No hourly meter, no open-ended retainers required. You'll know the full number before anything starts.

What I'll need from you

  • Admin access to your Bullhorn environment
  • About an hour a week from someone who knows how the team really works
  • A leader willing to say "this is how we use the system now"

Start with the call

Thirty minutes. Describe what's broken; get a straight read on what's behind it and what a fix involves.
